What are the check-in and check-out times?Response:
Check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 PM), and check-out is until 12:00 (12:00 PM).
If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please call +7 843 473-15-77 at least 3 days prior to your arrival.Fees:
- Early check-in from 08:00 — 50% of the current daily rate.
- Early check-in before 08:00 — 100% of the current daily rate.
- Late check-out until 18:00 — 50% of the current daily rate.
- Late check-out after 18:00 — 100% of the current daily rate.

What is included in the stay?Response:
The rate includes: breakfast (lunch and dinner depending on the date and selected rate), access to the swimming pool with a dedicated hydromassage area, Finnish sauna, gym, Wi-Fi, and parking. Thermal Zone: (Duration of access depends on the room category). The thermal zone includes 4 types of saunas/baths, a salt room, a snow room, an experience shower, and a jacuzzi. Village Bath (Derevenskaya Banya): Available for visiting if there are no private treatment bookings scheduled.

How and when should I pay for my stay?Response:
When booking a room by phone, payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. The hotel operates on a dynamic pricing policy; the rate is fixed only after a prepayment for the first night is made within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellation PolicyResponse:
The Hotel applies a booking policy that includes holding the reservation for the Guest until the check-out time of the day following the scheduled arrival date. In the event of the Guest's no-show, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the contract. If the Guest cancels the contract before the arrival date, the Hotel will refund the accommodation fee in full. In case of late cancellation, late arrival, or no-show, the Guest will be charged for the room (or specific bed in a shared room) for one night, but no more than one night's stay.
